Acropolis

The Acropolis is an archaeological treasure and one of the most important monuments of ancient Greece. It is located in the centre of Athens and is one of the most popular excursion destinations in Greece.


It dates back to the 5th century BC and was the main temple of the goddess Athena, patroness of the city of Athens. It also includes various historical monuments such as the Parthenon, Erechthios and the Temple of Athena Nike.
