How much time before can I make a reservation?
Booking time for appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
Is the service only available in the area of Lagonisi, Attica?
No. The service is available within and outside of Attica.
How will I be notified that my reservation has been completed?
Once your reservation is completed, we will email or call you to let you know that your reservation has been successfully completed.
How will I be informed about the cost of the transfer?
Once you have completed your booking, we will email or call you with the cost of your transfer.
How do I find out if a specific date is available for my transfer so I can proceed with the booking?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
If possible, please contact us or send us an SMS or email. However, we do monitor incoming flights via the airport website.
What if my flight arrives early?
Again, please contact us or send us an SMS or email. However, we do monitor incoming flights via the airport website. We will make every effort to be present at the time of your arrival, however this will depend on any previous bookings.
What happens if I miss my flight or if my flight is diverted?
Please call us immediately or send us an SMS or email with any new details of your flight.
Can you take us on excursions to other destinations in Greece or is it just the ones suggested?
In addition to the excursions we recommend, if you have prepared your own itinerary, we are available to take care of your travel arrangements.
